Sanderson Construction Company, Inc., was incorporated under the laws of the State of Mississippi on November 25, 1968, by Hob Sanderson, Jr. The Company's business at that time consisted of constructing and renovating small commercial projects.

During the 1970's, the company developed a business relationship with Standard Oil Company and built service stations, bulk plants, and warehouses at various locations throughout the Mid South. It was the construction of these projects that launched Sanderson Construction Company, Inc..
